What is hot dog dance?
It’s an American term for an exercise in bodyweight movements involving dancing with your hands, feet, and feet and toes.
While there are several styles of hot dog dances, the majority of the people who participate in these dances are women, often women of color.
As with any exercise, you should start slowly.

Find your rhythm.
The best way to start is to go for a slow pace, like 10 or 15 seconds at a time.
You’ll be more comfortable in the slow pace if you’re comfortable with your bodyweight.
As your legs and feet start to move in sync, your hips and shoulders will naturally adjust to the rhythm of your body.
